Parishes
and Dioceses have formed teams that work close with the National
Team, providing ongoing feedback on Plan’s development. Those teams furnish the National Team with ideas and proposals and
interchange experiences among them at the National Seminars, on a
year basis.
The
experience is motivating and refreshing. It generates a pleasant
working spirit of communion, where everybody no matter where they
live or work are all members of only one team.
