Plan
Compartir provides training to pastoral agents, pastors and lay
people who want to implement it in their Communities.
Training
consists of a sequence of workshops and seminars delivered in
the dioceses, most of the times by Compartir's National Team.
There
the National Team presents the Plan and its spirit. It suggests
concrete actions to foster the Plan in each Community and shows
alternative ways to solve problems through lesson learnt.
To
better develop the Plan, it also offers the
necessary methodological tools such as planning, organization,
team work and communication, which can be of great help to other
areas in the community.
Printed
material backs up these workshops and seminars. It can be found
under the label "Material" in our web site. Also, the
National Team has printed booklets, leaflets and guides with
activities, ideas, posters, etc.
It
is important to highlight that the National Team works close to
the communities to help them plan, implement initiatives, work
out problems and decide on further steps.
Compartir
is addressed to the whole diocesan community:
For
parishes: It
offers training and literature in different areas to grow in the
spirit and practice on communion of goods.
For
the clergy:
It offers tools to improve the organization and management, i.e.
fund raising, taxes, insurance, human resources, payroll, legal
matters, and inventory. It also suggests action plans to sustain the
parish work.
For
the dioceses:
It proposes action plans to integrate the Plan in the different
diocesan structures (Councils, Seminary, Catechesis Councils,
Caritas, etc) and offers experiences coming from other dioceses.
It
is possible to start working in a particular place, i.e. parishes
because the plan allows that, but joint work in the diocese is more
efficient and leads to consolidate achievements.
It
is important to say that the proposal should not be carried out as
it comes in the book. It should be tailored and thought as an
evangelizing tool to optimize the pastoral work in each Community.
