Plan Compartir

Each community should foster Plan Compartir. Therefore, it is our goal to make a team able to carry on the Plan, and above all, able to sustain and strengthen work over the time.

For this, Plan Compartir's National Team designs and provides training on four areas to all agents. After training, the Team assists and provides guidance during the first stages. The working areas are:

Compartir’s catechesim:

It aims to recreate community spirit and build greater awareness of the mutual responsability in the financial support. The plan is specific. It is based on communion of goods and works together with the other areas pastorally. Communication is crucial.

Time and talents:

It helps to organize all people’s activities by putting their skills to service. It suggests ways to attract more people and how to welcome new members to the community.

Fund raising:

It aims to organize and optimize the usual ways to support the community financially in order to sustain their pastoral activity with more resources.

Administration:

It aims to better manage the admin work of the parish in order to become more efficient, transparent and supportive when managing communities’ resources.
